FT found out the reason for Iaccarino's resignation from the post of CEO of the social network X

Former CEO of the social network X (ex. Twitter) Linda Iaccarino and American billionaire and entrepreneur Elon Musk could not find a common language. This was reported on July 13 by the British newspaper Financial Times (FT), citing sources.

Iaccarino, who resigned on Wednesday, July 9, noted that a "new chapter" was beginning for X. Her duties, as specified in the publication, were to restore the financial well-being of the company, negotiate with advertisers and conclude contracts with them.

"Musk started putting more pressure on Iaccarino. <...> They could not find a common language," the publication says.

It is noted that Musk believed that Iaccarino could embellish reality and was not completely frank in front of the company's advertisers.

According to sources, this situation, which has lasted about two years, had a negative impact on the ex-CEO of X, but she "held on" to this position, although this "would have broken most people in two weeks."

Iaccarino announced her resignation on July 9. She called the period of her work at X incredible, and also thanked Musk for the trust he gave her in reorganizing the company.
