The United States and the European Union (EU) have reached an agreement on the supply of weapons to Ukraine. This was announced on July 14 by the American leader Donald Trump at a meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
"And today we have concluded an agreement — and I will ask [UN Secretary General] Mark [Rutte] to make a speech — but today we have concluded an agreement under which we will supply them (Ukraine. — Ed.) weapons, and they will pay for them," he said.
