Drunk motorist was killed in an accident in the Vologda region

In the Xiamen district of the Vologda region, a driver who was driving while intoxicated was killed in a traffic accident. The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs reports this in its Telegram channel.

The accident occurred on Sunday evening, July 13, on the highway Shishakovo – Eskino. SsangYong's car flew off the roadway and overturned.

According to the Bi-port news agency, the car was driven by a 66-year-old resident of the Murmansk region. He was driving under the influence of alcohol and was not wearing a seat belt, so he flew out of the cabin at the time of the rollover.

The man suffered various injuries, from which he died on the spot before the arrival of an ambulance. An inspection has been organized, and the circumstances of the accident are being established.

On June 22, a drunk man driving a Nissan hit a man with a child at a pedestrian crossing in Kyzyl, Tyva Republic. A father and his four-year-old son died.
