He clarified in an interview with Lenta.Ru that wearing a swimsuit in places unrelated to bodies of water, such as city parks, streets, playgrounds, or public transport, may entail liability. Appearing in a swimsuit in such places, especially in the presence of children, will be regarded as a violation of public order, IA Regnum reports.

Demonstrative violation of the norms of public order, that is, aggressive or defiant behavior, molesting others, is qualified as minor hooliganism, according to the website. kp.ru .
