Russian oil imports to India reached an 11-month high in June

"Crude oil imports to India from Russia rose to an 11-month high in June as domestic refineries increased purchases to replenish stocks amid increased geopolitical tensions between Israel and Iran," the publication said.

According to Kpler, a global commodity market analyst, Russian oil imports to India reached 2.08 million barrels per day in June, the highest level since July 2024. It is specified that more than half were accounted for by three Indian oil refineries that export this resource to the G7 countries.
