The fire situation in the Trans-Baikal Territory and Buryatia has stabilized, and the emergency regime in the forests of these regions has been lifted. This was announced on July 14 by the head of the department, Alexander Kurenkov.

"Our joint work on the Trans-Baikal Territory and the Republic of Buryatia has shown high efficiency. To date, the forest fire situation in these regions has been stabilized, and on July 10, the emergency mode in the forests has been canceled," he is quoted as saying in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
