The military personnel of the Vostok group of forces are steadily advancing in the Zaporizhia region. This was announced on July 14 by Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov.

He sent a telegram of congratulations to the soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation who showed courage and heroism during the liberation of the village of Malinovka.

"The military personnel of the regiment successfully carry out combat missions as part of the Vostok group of forces, repel enemy attacks, occupy more advantageous lines and positions, break into impregnable defenses in the Vremyevsky direction," Belousov said, his words are quoted in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Defense.

The head of the department stressed that the Russian military are confidently moving forward, "step by step approaching the day of the complete liberation of the Zaporizhia region."
