Helicopter with five people on board disappeared in the Far East

The Mi-8 helicopter, carrying five people, disappeared in the Far East. This was announced on July 14 by a source of Izvestia.

"He took off from Okhotsk to Magadan, but did not land at the appointed time," the source said.

According to the source, three crew members and two technicians went on the flight. Searches are underway.

On July 6, the Southern Transport Prosecutor's Office reported that a Bell-407 helicopter had made a hard landing off the runway in the Republic of Adygea. As a result of the incident, the helicopter's tail and main rotor were broken.
