In the city of Murino, Leningrad region, unidentified men who identified themselves as police officers abducted a man. This was announced on July 14 by the 78 TV channel.
It is specified that the incident occurred in the city of Murino on Shakespeare Street, when a black Mercedes pulled up to two men, from which unknown people got out. They introduced themselves as criminal investigation officers, dragged the man out, wounding him, and later took him away.
"One of the passengers was forcibly dragged out of the car. The victim was stabbed in the arm. This was told by the second passenger," reads the message posted on the Telegram channel.
It is noted that later the car was found in the village of Korabselki, but it was not possible to detain the suspects — they fled while trying to detain.
According to the TV channel, the abducted man's girlfriend was also missing. The suspects are being sought, and the issue of initiating a criminal case is being resolved.
On May 11, the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Ingushetia reported that law enforcement agencies had detained a man suspected of abducting a local resident at a store in Magas. It was clarified that a group of at least six people had committed a kidnapping with the use of weapons, in connection with which a criminal case was opened.
