A large fire on the roof of an apartment building is being eliminated in the LPR

In the city of Starobilsk, Luhansk People's Republic (LNR), a large fire is being extinguished on the roof of an apartment building. This was announced on July 13 by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Telegram channel.

"In Starobilsk, the roof of a 450—square-meter apartment building is on fire. Previously, there were no casualties," the department said.

Being clarified. that during the work, firefighters prevented the fire from spreading to a neighboring residential building.

Due to the dry weather and strong winds, more than 130 fires were recorded in the region during the day. 660 people and more than 150 pieces of equipment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have been sent to eliminate them.

The People's Front announced that civil servants were being forced to fight fire, but the volunteer units did not confirm the information.

Earlier, on July 11, a landscape fire with an area of 35 hectares occurred in Dagestan. It is specified that there is no threat to settlements, there are no dead or injured either. More than 50 specialists, as well as six pieces of equipment, were involved in the localization of the fire.
