Sobyanin spoke about helping Donetsk and Lugansk prepare for winter

The capital's specialists will help prepare more than 5,000 facilities in Donetsk and Lugansk for the autumn-winter period. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

For example, heating will be launched in 2.6 thousand apartment buildings and 450 social facilities in Donetsk. 18 emergency crews are conducting hydraulic tests and repairing the damage. They will have to debug the operation of 150 boiler houses and almost 840 km of heating networks.

In Lugansk, the capital's specialists will help prepare about 2.6 thousand facilities for winter. Currently, about 130 boiler houses and 320 km of heating networks are being put in order. Over 1,000 km of water supply and 400 km of sewer networks will also be operational.
