The court arrested a teenager who beat two girls with a hammer in the Moscow region

The court has detained a 16-year-old teenager who is accused of the attempted murder of two girls in the Moscow region. This was announced on July 13 by the press service of the Prosecutor's office of the Moscow region.

On the evening of July 12, a young man attacked two girls aged 13 and 16 with a hammer in the forest. The attacker inflicted multiple blows to the victims on the head and fled the scene. The girls were injured and are in hospital, one of them is in intensive care.

"He has been charged with committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder of two persons")," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is specified that the teenager admitted his guilt and testified. During the first interrogation, a 16-year-old teenager stated that he adheres to the ideology of misogyny. He will be detained until September 11.

Earlier, on July 11, a resident of the Moscow suburb of Vidnoye, who beat the 11-year-old son of his roommate with a bat, was arrested for two months. It was specified that he would remain in custody until September 10.
