The Ministry of Defense of the People's Republic of China reported on Japan's threatening military activity

The intelligence activities of Japan's military aviation and naval forces near China's borders pose a threat to the country's security. This was announced on July 13 by the official representative of the Chinese Ministry of Defense, Jiang Bin.

"Recently, reconnaissance aircraft of the Japanese Air Force (JAF) have repeatedly appeared in the air over the East China Sea. The reconnaissance carried out by Japanese ships and aircraft near the borders of our country is a source of security risks at sea and in the airspace between the two countries," the People's Liberation Army of China quoted him as saying.

Jiang Bin noted that the actions of the Chinese Air Force against Japanese military aircraft do not violate international laws. He expressed hope for the possibility of stable development of bilateral relations between the two countries.
