Serbian President Vucic spoke about the importance of the country's economic cooperation with the United States.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said it was important to build positive bilateral economic relations between the country and the United States. On July 12, he wrote about this on the Instagram social network (owned by Meta, whose activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation) following a meeting with a representative of the State Department United States by Brendan Hanrahan.

"We paid special attention to the strategic partnership between Serbia and the United States and the development of cooperation in all areas, from energy to artificial intelligence, emphasizing that productive economic cooperation should be the foundation of relations between our two countries. I am <... He expressed our country's readiness to continue working to improve relations, fully respecting national and state interests," Vucic said in a statement.

The Serbian President stressed that an important value of his policy is the observance of international law. Vucic also noted that dialogue is the only way to resolve any issues.

The internal political situation in the republic depends on the resolution of this issue.

Earlier in the day, Vucic announced his intention to support Russia. At the same time, he added that he did not intend to attack Ukraine, since the country does not have a conflict with the Kiev authorities.
