The festival of the Russian Geographical Society has started in Moscow

The festival of the Russian Geographical Society (RGS) has started in Moscow. The event will take place from July 12 to July 20 in Zaryadye Park.

The Telegram channel of the Russian Geographical Society reported that the theme of the festival this year was "The Wonders of Russia." Lectures, performances by creative teams and master classes were prepared for the guests. There will also be a VR cinema with a travel movie in Russia.

At the festival site, among other things, representatives of Bashkiria, Yakutia, Kurgan and Sverdlovsk regions will talk about their culture and perform traditional songs and dances.

On July 5, VK Fest started in the open air in St. Petersburg. Musical performers performed at the festival, as well as meetings with bloggers, lectures and tournaments. In addition, there were anime and comic book characters at VK Fest.
