The expert advised not to charge the phone during the day because of the heat

When a person charges their phone in summer in hot weather, they may notice how the phone starts to overheat. On how to avoid this, July 12, "Gazeta.Ru," said Alexander Nikitin, Ippon's Product Director.

"First, it is necessary to adjust the charging process of the phone, since a significant amount of heat is generated during it. <...> To optimize the process, <...> try to maintain the battery charge level in the range from 20% to 80%," Nikitin said.

The expert does not recommend charging your phone to 100%, as this may cause the device to overheat.
