A teenager received an electric shock on a railway in the Krasnoyarsk Territory
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 16-year-old boy boarded a train and received an electric shock from the contact network at Kozulka station. This was announced on July 12 by the press service of the Eastern Interregional Investigative Department for Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
"The minor, in violation of the safety requirements of movement on the platforms of railway transport, climbed onto the rolling stock, where he was injured by electric shock from the contact network," the department said.
It is reported that the victim was taken to a medical facility, he is receiving qualified assistance.
A procedural check has been launched into the incident for the presence of circumstances provided for in Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of traffic safety and operation rules in railway transport"). Investigators and criminologists are working at the scene.
Earlier, on July 5, the Investigative Committee opened cases after the death of the zatsepers in the Moscow and Kaluga regions. According to the investigation, teenagers of 14 and 16 years old received an electric shock due to hooking while on the roof of an electric train.
