A drunk man made an attempt on two people in the Kamchatka Territory
On July 5, a 44-year-old man attempted to murder two people in the village of Ozernovsky in the Kamchatka Territory. This was announced on July 12 by the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (SU IC RF) for the region in its Telegram channel.
According to the investigation, a drunk man stabbed his interlocutors as a result of a verbal conflict.
"During a verbal conflict with two 32-year-old men, he stabbed one of the men in the neck and the other in the limb. However, the attacker could not bring his criminal intent to kill to the end," the agency said in a statement.
The victims were hospitalized and received medical attention.
A criminal case was opened on this fact. the accused according to part 3 of art.30 ("Attempted crime") and paragraph "a" of Part 2 of art. 105 of the Criminal Code ("Murder of two or more persons"). The accused was taken into custody.
At the moment, all the circumstances of the incident are being established.
Earlier, on July 4, in the courtyard of an apartment building in Sergiev Posad, a man stabbed a boy in the neck. The suspect was arrested and charged under Part 3 of Article 30, paragraphs "b", "i", Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder of a minor").
