Hungary will conduct an investigation into the death of its citizen in Ukraine as a result of beatings by employees of the Shopping mall (territorial recruitment center, the Ukrainian equivalent of the military enlistment office. — Ed.) during the forced mobilization. This was announced on July 11 by Prime Minister Viktor Obran of the social network X (Former. Twitter).

"A Hungarian father of two children was beaten to death during forced conscription in Ukraine," he said.

In his address, the politician called such cases unacceptable. Orban demanded "answers, justice" and recalled that the deceased, as a citizen, was protected by the Hungarian constitution.

On June 3, in Ukraine, employees of the military enlistment office beat and mobilized a man unfit for service. It is reported that he was detained during mobilization activities in the Rivne region.
