UK opened a case of negligence after dogs attacked a child in Kamchatka

A criminal case has been opened in the Kamchatka Territory after stray dogs attacked an 11-year-old boy. This was announced by the regional SU of the Investigative Committee of Russia on Friday, July 11.

The attack took place the night before in the village of Rybachy BUT Vilyuchinsk. Near the house number 38 on Nakhimov Street, a pack of stray dogs attacked an 11-year-old boy who was walking his Maltese dog.

The child received a bite wound. Doctors assisted him and prescribed outpatient treatment, the regional prosecutor's office said. Now the boy's life is not in danger, writes KamchatkaMedia news agency.

On the fact of the incident, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Negligence". Now, investigators are establishing the circumstances of the incident, as well as determining those responsible for trapping stray dogs.

On July 8, it was reported that a criminal case had been opened under the article "Negligence" in Chita, where a pack of dogs attacked two local residents. According to the witness, 10-12 dogs rushed to the girls, some jumped nearby.
