DDX Fitness FEST program announced in Kolomenskoye

On July 26 and 27, the Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve will host the DDX Fitness FEST, a large—scale event for all lovers of a healthy lifestyle and outdoor activities.

The venue will once again be the Zingaro site, an open space near the Moskva River and the old apple orchard. Thematic zones designed for different formats of activities will be organized here.: from training and dancing to meditation and lectures.

Over 150 group training sessions will take place over two days at the festival. The cardio zone features functional Tone, high—intensity Grit, and powerful BodyCombat with martial arts elements. And on the playgrounds with exercise equipment, you can jump on trampolines or pedal a bicycle to music.

Dance formats will take a separate place in the program. On the first day, there will be a Zumba workout in the style of a Brazilian carnival and a Bodybuilding with rock music. On the second day, there will be an author's DDX Dance & Russian Folk training session, as well as DDX Balance, accompanied by live instrumental sound.

The Mind & Body area will be devoted to practices focused on working with the body and the spiritual state: yoga, meditation, massage. Sports tournaments will also be organized, including crossfit, arm wrestling and bench press with prizes for the winners.

It is planned to set two records at the festival: the most massive functional training in Russia DDX Core and the BRICS record for the most massive solstice. Every guest of the event can join and become a part of the story.

A separate area with board games, attractions and a program with the participation of animators will be organized for children. The overall program includes master classes, lectures and meetings with invited speakers, including popular bloggers. There is also a food court with healthy dishes and everyone's favorite fast food.

Each day of the festival will end with a concert by a popular Russian artist: on the evening of July 26, JONY will sing his greatest hits, and on July 27, Polina Gagarina.
