The Ministry of Health of the Moscow region announced the discharge of a boy injured in Sheremetyevo.

A two-year-old child, whom a man threw on the floor at Sheremetyevo airport in the city of Khimki, was discharged from the hospital. This was announced on July 11 by the Ministry of Health of the Moscow region.

"The two-year-old child spent 19 days in the center, 10 of which were in a coma. Today, the child eats, drinks, actively moves around, plays with toys and gradually begins to speak," the message says.

According to the agency, he will undergo a rehabilitation course. Dozens of doctors and nurses were responsible for saving the child.

On June 23, a man, being in the arrivals area of the airport in a state of drug intoxication, grabbed a child and violently threw him to the floor. The boy was hospitalized, he is in serious condition. A criminal case has been opened into the incident. The attacker was charged with attempted murder, but he could not explain the reason for his actions.
