Torpedo Moscow Football Club (FC) will compete in the First League in the 2025/26 season. This was announced on July 11 by the Russian Football Union (RFU).

"To include, in connection with the receipt by FC Torpedo Moscow of the RFU II license and the application submitted by this football club for participation in the BETTING of the Football Championship among the teams of the First League of the 2025-2026 season <...> the members of the First League," — stated on the organization's website.
