PSB has opened another representative office in South Ossetia — the branch has started operating in Tskhinvali, said Mikhail Dorofeev, Deputy Chairman of the bank.

"We understand how important it is for our fellow pensioners living in South Ossetia to have not only a reliable way to receive payments, but also the opportunity to resolve emerging issues quickly and without additional trips outside the republic. We have already issued more than 1,700 cards in South Ossetia," Dorofeev said.

A new branch was opened on Stalin Street. The opening ceremony was also attended by Konstantin Dzhussoev, Chairman of the Government of the Republic of South Ossetia, and Marat Kulakhmetov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of South Ossetia.

According to the bank, the majority of Russian pensioners living in South Ossetia currently have PSB cards. PSB debit pension cards issued in South Ossetia do not differ from cards issued in Russia.
