A rescuer was killed in Tula during the aftermath of a UAV attack.

In Tula, firefighter instructor Ilya Kovalev was killed in the aftermath of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported on July 11 in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the region.

"While performing official duties, a 38-year-old firefighter instructor of a special fire and rescue unit was killed <...>. The tragedy occurred during the aftermath of the attack by the UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the report says.
