Russians spend an average of 46 thousand rubles on wedding images this summer, which includes the purchase of a dress for the bride and a suit for the groom, as well as a wedding bouquet, the Check Index analytical center of the OFD Platform told Izvestia.

The average purchase receipt for a wedding dress was 32.4 thousand rubles, which is 7% higher than last year. A men's suit for a wedding costs an average of 10.4 thousand rubles, which is 6% higher than last year. 3.4 thousand rubles are spent on a wedding bouquet, which is 10% higher than last year.

White and beige dresses remain unchanged classics — models of this color are ordered most often, Ozon Fashion added.

"But this year, new trends have emerged. For example, brides are no longer afraid to look bright by choosing dresses in actual shades of red, including burgundy, and also pay attention to organza and silk," the press service noted.

Russians bought 56% more veils and wedding dresses on the marketplace, while sales of engagement rings and engagement rings doubled. This indicates a growing trust in online shopping, even in those categories where customers previously relied on offline consultants.
