In St. Petersburg, the Martynov House at the intersection of Kamennoostrovsky Prospekt and Bolshaya Monetnaya Street was recognized as a monument of regional significance. The building was included in the unified state register as an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.

According to the 78 TV channel, until 1910, the building housed a greenhouse complex. Over the years, it belonged to the merchants Lazurin and Shlyakov. In 1910, the site became the property of General Martynov, chief of Staff of the Don Cossack Army.

At the same time, architect Alexander Khrenov created a project for a four-storey apartment building in the eclectic style with a combination of Art Nouveau and classicism elements. According to his project, a three-storey extension appeared at the south-eastern wing, and a plan was developed for the fifth and sixth floors of the superstructure on the courtyard side.

At the end of May, it was reported that the Struysky House on the 7th line of Vasilyevsky Island was recognized as an object of cultural heritage of regional significance. The front two-storey stone building was built at the end of the XVIII century. In the 1830s, it was built on the third floor, and in the 1860s, the southwest building was built according to the design of architect Grigory Karpov. In the 1890s, the side buildings were designed by architect Alexei Soskov.
