The UK has signed an agreement on the supply of more than 5,000 missiles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The United Kingdom has signed an agreement on the supply of more than 5,000 anti-aircraft missiles to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This is evidenced on July 10 by an order on the website of the Government of the kingdom.

"Thanks to a guarantee of 2.5 billion pounds (about $3.4 billion). — Ed.) and the 19-year financing agreement, funds can now be allocated. This will allow the British company Thales to supply more than 5,000 anti—aircraft missiles," the statement said.

It is noted that within the framework of the agreement between the UK and Ukraine, measures will be taken to increase defense spending. At the same time, Britain confirmed the allocation of bilateral assistance to the Ukrainian side in the amount of up to 283 million pounds (about $323 million) in 2026.
