The European Parliament rejected a vote of no confidence in the head of the European Commission (EC) Ursula von der Leyen. This was reported by the Reuters news agency on July 10.

Von der Leyen survived a vote of no confidence in the European Parliament on Thursday, passed mostly by far-right lawmakers who said she and her team had undermined the credibility of the European Union through illegal actions.
