Russia positively assesses the meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Abu Dhabi. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing on July 10.
"We, of course, welcome the fact of such a direct dialogue, and we have repeatedly said at various levels that we would welcome the early signing of a peace treaty," he said.
