A passenger car crashed into a ditch on the Alexandrovskoye— Budennovsk highway in the Stavropol Territory. One person was killed and three others were injured.

According to the StavropolMedia news agency, the Renault car was driven by a driver who got his license less than a year ago. He allowed the car to leave the roadway, the foreign car overturned. Fatal injuries were sustained by an 18-year-old girl who was not wearing a seat belt.

Three more people were hospitalized in the district hospital. Traffic police officers are conducting an investigation into the incident.

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory on July 9, a 16-year-old teenager, being drunk, drove into the ditch of a VAZ-2115 car. A 16-year-old passenger died on the spot. The driver and the other passengers were hospitalized.
