Searches were conducted in the house of MP Manukyan of the Armenian Parliament from the opposition

The house of Gegham Manukyan, a member of the Armenian parliament from the opposition Armenia party, is being searched. This was reported by the newspaper Hraparak on July 10.

It is assumed that the search is being conducted in connection with the work of Manukyan's son Taro. According to the publication, the deputy also appears in this case.

A search is also taking place in the house of the Head of the Office of the Supreme Court of the Republic, Vahan Matinyan. It is specified that law enforcement officers are trying to take away their phones, but both are resisting.

According to Sputnik Armenia, Manukyan's son was detained. He was previously taken to the Yerevan Investigation Department, but the lawyers were not allowed to meet with him.
