35 new "Life situation" services will appear on Gosuslugi
In 2025, 35 new "Life Situation" services for citizens and businesses will appear on Gosuslugi, including planning and childbirth, the "My Pet" service and support for Russians abroad. This was announced on July 10 in the office of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko.
"The priority services "Vital situations" were approved at a meeting of the subcommittee on improving the quality of public services. By the end of the year, 35 new "Life Situations" will appear on the Gosuslug portal," RIA Novosti quoted the office as saying.
In addition, among the "Life situations" there will also be the purchase of real estate, registration of custody, filing documents with the court in electronic form, as well as participation in meetings remotely with webcams, admission to college and college, registration for various children's sections, and so on.
In addition, thanks to the new services, citizens will be able to solve issues related to owning weapons and self-propelled vehicles, starting an online business, opening IT companies or a transport business. It will also be possible to receive a tax deduction on the Gosuslug portal, use free legal assistance, contact a notary, and resolve difficult situations that could arise, for example, due to the death of a loved one.
The office noted that in the future it is planned to provide services in the framework of "life situations" without applications from citizens and businesses, as well as without visiting departments. Thus, the state will offer services selected on the basis of the information collected about a person before he applies for them.
Earlier, on July 1, it was reported that a service related to the registration of social contributions and accounts became available at Gosuslugi. It will be clarified that those who belong to the privileged category of citizens will be able to use it.
