The fighters of the Dnepr group destroyed the control point of the UAV with the manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The calculation of the 122-mm howitzer "D-30" of the Dnepr group of forces destroyed the control point for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the right bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson region. This was announced on July 10 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

It is specified that the crew of the 122-mm howitzer "D-30" launched an artillery strike and destroyed the UAV control center located in an abandoned house on the right bank of the Dnieper.

"The task, firstly, is to prevent the transfer of manpower and reinforcements to our shore, and to prevent them from gaining a foothold on our shore. If they crossed, then make sure that they either lived a little or quickly surrendered," said a senior officer at the battery with the call sign Jose.

After hitting the target, the crew quickly masked the gun and went into hiding to prevent the personnel and howitzers from being hit by fire from the Ukrainian military.

Earlier, on July 8, marine gunners of the Northern Fleet disrupted the rotation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the banks of the Dnieper. The enemy's sabotage group was discovered by scouts, after which the artillery crew of the 122-mm D-30 cannon was given the task of eliminating the target.
