"In 2025, young people are most often looking for jobs as sales managers, administrators, programmers, and salespeople. Sales consultants and cashiers, couriers, sales managers, as well as waiters, bartenders and baristas are in demand in the labor market," she said.
In addition, according to her, young professionals between the ages of 19 and 30 are most in demand in the fields of art, entertainment and mass media, marketing, advertising and PR, information technology, sales and customer service, insurance and retail. Teenagers under the age of 18 are most often invited to work in catering, retail, and home and service personnel.
Since 2024, the participation rate of youth aged 18-24 in the workforce has increased by 0.9 percentage points and amounted to 54.1%, which indicates a possible restoration of youth interest.
