The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on the elimination of open gorenje at a substation in Veliky Novgorod

The open gorenje at the transformer substation in Veliky Novgorod was eliminated. This was announced on July 10 by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the region.

"The open gorenje has been eliminated. Work on the site continues," the ministry said.

It is noted that 50 people and eight pieces of equipment were involved in the elimination of the fire.

Earlier, on July 8, an electrical substation caught fire at a railway station in the Zaigraevsky district of the Republic of Buryatia. A fire train from the city of Ulan-Ude was sent to the scene of the fire.
