A woman was injured in a kamikaze drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the village of Podyvotye in the Sevsky district of the Bryansk region. This was announced on July 9 by the head of the region, Alexander Bogomaz.

"A terrorist attack was carried out on the territory of the village of Podyvotye, Sevsky district. As a result of a kamikaze drone strike <...> a civilian was injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Bogomaz noted that the woman had been hospitalized and would receive medical attention. Operational and emergency services are currently working.

Due to UAV attacks, more than 190 settlements were left without power, water and communications.
