Priluchny's lawyer asked to initiate a libel case against Muceniece.
A statement on the initiation of a criminal case for defamation of actor Pavel Priluchny against TV presenter Agatha Mutseniece has been sent to court. This was announced on July 9 by Priluchny's lawyer Oksana Danilova.
"I must say right away that the statement was signed directly by me, not by Pavel. He has a forced position in this particular case," she told reporters.
The legal proceedings between Priluchny and Muceniece began after their divorce in 2020 after ten years of marriage. The new libel case is related to the accusations of the TV presenter of alleged beatings during their married life.
As reported by "Gazeta.Ru", it was only on June 26 that the children of actors Priluchny and Muceniece met after months of separation. In October 2024, the TV presenter said that her son Timofey lived with his father and refused to communicate with her. Then Muceniece called the child's decision not independent and accused the ex-spouse of a "war" against her.
In addition, on March 26 of this year, the court upheld the actor's alimony complaint. Priluchny's lawyer said that the artist pays alimony in the amount that they agreed with Muceniece immediately after the divorce.
Earlier, on March 20, the court rejected the appeal of singer Philip Kirkorov on the claim of his colleague Lyubov Uspenskaya for the protection of honor and dignity. It was clarified that the controversial material was posted for a short time and was deleted, but the arguments did not convince the court, so the appeal was not accepted.
