Teenagers who set fire to railway equipment in the Orenburg region and Udmurtia have been charged with a terrorist act. This was reported on July 9 in the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation.
"The investigation has charged three minor residents of Orenburg with committing crimes under paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act committed by a group of persons by prior agreement")," the Telegram channel says.
