The moment of the liquidation of the Ukrainian saboteur in the Saratov region was captured on video

On July 9, the Federal Security Service (FSB) published footage of the liquidation of a Ukrainian saboteur who planned to blow up a railway bridge in the Saratov region.

The published video shows how the security forces are trying to detain the attacker. In the following frames, you can see the body of the saboteur.

It is specified that the person involved planned to blow up a railway bridge using an improvised explosive device (IED). In addition, he maintained contacts with Ukraine and was going to leave there after blowing up the bridge.

At the time of the arrest, the saboteur offered armed resistance, as a result, the security forces eliminated him with return fire.

On July 7, FSB officers detained four people in the Chelyabinsk, Ivanovo and Tula regions on suspicion of setting fire to law enforcement vehicles and damaging power transmission poles. It was noted that they carried out reconnaissance, photo and video filming of transport and energy infrastructure facilities in the regions, and also set fire to the cars of law enforcement officers.
