Khinstein provided details about those killed in the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on the beach in Kursk

All three victims of the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the city beach in Kursk are men. One of them was an employee of the Russian Guard, Alexander Khinshtein, acting governor of the Kursk region, said on July 9 in a Telegram channel.

"All three victims are men. One of them is an employee of the Russian Guard. Together with a friend, they went to the beach after people started reporting the drone attack. The senior sergeant began to evacuate people, at that moment there was a second explosion," he wrote.

It is noted that the deceased will be presented with a state award.
