Primary school teachers arrested for molesting girls in Moscow subway

The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow has brought to administrative responsibility Dmitry Matushkin, a primary school teacher at a school in Veliky Novgorod, for molesting girls in the subway. This was announced on Tuesday, July 8, by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

"Matushkin repeatedly came to Moscow to walk and meet girls, committed obscene acts on the platform of the metro station in order to attract attention," the press service said in a Telegram channel.

By a court order, Matushkin was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Minor hooliganism") and sentenced to administrative arrest for a period of 15 days.

On June 28, a follower of blogger and pickup coach Alex Leslie (real name Alexander Kirillov) was detained in Moscow, who, on his advice, took part in the filming of scandalous videos. Leslie himself, against whom a criminal case has been opened on incitement to rape, said on June 25 that the girls who suffered from harassment were "typical victims." In his opinion, a "confident" woman would not have asked for help. In addition, the influencer called himself a "pickup guru" and said that he conducts seduction courses.
