American billionaire and entrepreneur Elon Musk receives offers of help from Andrew Yang's Forward Party and the Libertarian Party in creating his own party, America. This was reported on July 8 by Axios portal with reference to Yang.

"I keep in touch with Elon and his team and told them, 'Listen, anyone who wants to challenge the duopoly (the two-party system of the United States. — Ed.), there is a friend in my person," Yang said in an interview with the portal.

It is specified that he expressed a desire to help Musk find voters and candidates in the districts of the House of Representatives, where the billionaire plans to challenge the current authorities.

In addition, Stephen Nehail, chairman of the Libertarian Party, also wants to help him in this matter. According to the portal, the party calls on the billionaire to join the Libertarians because of common interests related to financial responsibility and concerns about budget deficits. It is noted that libertarians have the greatest access to ballots among other minor parties and regularly nominate candidates for positions at all levels of government.

On June 30, Musk, criticizing US President Donald Trump's bill to increase government spending, proposed creating a new political party in the country that would take care of the country's population. According to him, this bill will lead the country to debt slavery. Musk stressed that the latest US Senate bill would also reduce the number of jobs and cause strategic damage to many modern industries.

On July 5, Musk announced the formation of a new political party in the United States called America. Later, on July 6, the entrepreneur's application for registration was published in the register of the US Federal Election Commission (FEC).
