Kurenkov discussed bilateral partnership with the Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan

Russian Emergencies Minister Alexander Kurenkov held a bilateral meeting with Azerbaijani Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov. This was announced on July 8 by the press service of the department.

"The head of the Russian ministry expressed gratitude to the Azerbaijani state for organizing the evacuation of Russian citizens from Iran during the recent Iran-Israel conflict," the ministry said in a statement on its website.

It is noted that joint work has become an effective "helping hand" for the civilian population. In addition, the heads of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the two countries discussed bilateral cooperation, noting Baku's great contribution to the development of the International Civil Defense Organization (IHO).
