Since the beginning of 2025, 22 agricultural development plots have been leased without bidding in the Moscow Region. This was announced on Tuesday, July 8, according to the press service of the regional Ministry of Property Relations.
15 peasant farms and one agricultural organization in 12 districts, including Chekhov and Podolsk, received land plots.
The total area of the allocated land was almost 690 hectares, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya. More than 653 hectares of land were given to farmers, and almost 35 hectares to the enterprise.
Among the recipients is a farm from Serpukhov. The farm plans to expand the production of grain and oilseeds. Wheat will be sown on the new site.
Earlier it was reported that in the Moscow region in the current 2025, more than 540 thousand hectares were allocated for crops. More than 3.9 thousand tractors, 859 cultivators, and 697 seeders will be involved in agricultural work.
