In the Khabarovsk Territory, flooding is recorded in nine settlements due to flooding of small rivers and streams. These are the data from the unified duty and dispatch services of municipalities.
According to IA AmurMedia, with reference to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region, four household plots and two sections of intra-village roads were flooded in the Komsomolsk district in the village of Gurskoye. In the village of Snezhny, 15 vegetable gardens were flooded. Two sections of the road connecting the villages of Kenai and Owne are blurred.
In the Okhotsk city district, water remains on the territory of 22 household plots in the village of Vostretsovo. There is flooding on the section of the inter-settlement road between the village of Vostretsovo and the village of Oktyabrsky, on the section of the intra-settlement road in the village of Novoe Ustye. There is no more water on the road near the village of Arka.
In Nanai district, due to flooding, road traffic was disrupted at the entrance to the village of Verkhnyaya Manoma, there are overflows in two sections. In the Verkhnebureinsky district, the water level has been raised on three rivers at once, Gerbi, Urgal and Kurkaltu. Because of this, a section of the road connecting the district center with Komsomolsk-on-Amur, at the entrance to the village of Gerbi, was flooded.
Local governments are monitoring the flood situation and conducting a yard bypass. In case of a decrease in the water level, the road services will begin to restore the driveways. The Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region clarifies the operational situation around the clock, organizes interdepartmental interaction with specialists from the Far Eastern UGMS, ministries and departments, EDDS districts, heads of settlements.
Earlier, on July 7, it was reported that in the Karymsky district of the Trans-Baikal Territory, a bridge between the villages of Solontsovo and Zhimbira was washed away as a result of a flood. Residents did not immediately notice the destruction, as the blurred road made it impossible to get to the bridge. Workers will start rebuilding the bridge after the road is ready. Assistance is expected from a local mining company, which previously used the bridge to transport its equipment.
