What events will be held in the framework of "Summer in Moscow" for children in the coming days?

During the week, as part of the Summer in Moscow project, children and their parents will be able to participate in various activities, including championships, workshops, and exhibitions. This was reported on July 8 on the city portal of the capital mos.ru .

So, young residents of the capital will be able to compete in the game "Rock, Paper, scissors". The championship will be held from July 8 to 12 in the north-west of Moscow. The final, in turn, will be held on July 13 at 12:00 on Aviatsionnaya Street.

Large-scale workshops are also planned as part of the "Summer in Moscow". On Strastnoy Boulevard, children will be able to create sketches, floral still lifes, three-dimensional paintings using 3D applications, interior panels using pebble mosaics, paintings using dot mosaics, as well as geometric images.

The State Darwin Museum, in turn, invites children to the exhibition "The Legend of the White Lion", where they will learn about the rare coloration of mammals. Moscow parks Izmailovsky, Tagansky, 50th Anniversary of October, Khodynskoye Pole, Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve offer to contribute to the care of nature and will hold a master class on making balls for eco-friendly gardening.

In addition, children can play board games and watch cartoons with their parents. The Creative hub will host workshops on creating sketches, decorating shoppers, and creating a flashlight ball. There will also be a plein air, where, under the guidance of a professional artist, the participants will paint a painting on canvas.

The Raketa art pavilion invites you to create a brooch, keychain or magnet out of wood, as well as learn how to assemble puzzles and mosaics quickly and correctly, and master the assembly of a developmental constructor. Workshops on making magnets and handicrafts with fairy tale characters are also planned.

Children will also be able to create a family tree, participate in English classes, discuss literary works, take part in theatrical readings, and watch circus performances at the capital's playgrounds.

On July 5, 2025, Tsaritsyno celebrated the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity for the 11th time. This year's festival program was dedicated to Russian and Soviet cinema and brought together more than 76,000 guests. The organizers of the holiday are the Moscow City Department of Culture and the Moscow Directorate of Mass Events.
