Brazilian president responds to Trump's accusation of political persecution

During the BRICS summit in Rio de Janeiro on June 7, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva responded to a statement by US leader Donald Trump about alleged political persecution in the Latin American country.

"This country has laws, rules and the Brazilian people are the boss, so go about your life, not ours," he said.
