In connection with the fire at a warehouse in Yekaterinburg, Rospotrebnadzor will conduct laboratory tests of atmospheric air quality in the area of the nearest residential development. This was announced on July 7 by the press service of the Sverdlovsk Region department.

"Experts will assess the air quality by pollutants characteristic of this type of fire," follows from a publication in the Telegram channel.

The press service of the department recommends that local residents avoid being outdoors, carry out wet cleaning, and also use masks and respirators.

In addition, in case of symptoms of illness or malaise, it is necessary to contact a medical institution for help.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that the fire area at a warehouse in Yekaterinburg reached 3.5 thousand square meters. m. It was clarified that more than 70 specialists and 30 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
