A pensioner died as a result of a fire in Kavalerovo in Primorye.
In the village of Kavalerovo in Primorsky Krai, an 87-year-old man died as a result of a fire. This was reported to PrimaMedia news agency by the press service of the regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
The fire occurred on Sunday evening, July 6, in a house on Kuznechnaya Street. The fire was located in an apartment on the fifth floor.
Rescuers arrived and found an 87-year-old man unconscious in the apartment. The pensioner died on the way to the hospital.
The preliminary cause of the fire in the Ministry of Emergency Situations is called careless handling of fire. The exact cause and circumstances of the incident are being established.
